Our Objectives:
To provide professional service in a fundamental area; to eliminate
late fees due to oversight; and to make trade show participation
cost effective for our client.
To relieve our clients of trade show participation tedium;
and allow them to focus all energies on sales and marketing...the
fun stuff.
To provide a turn-key booth. That is, the client arrives the
day of the show, and leaves at the close.
Step 1: |
Client sends BMA the exhibitors kit along with booth number and any other pertinent information. |

BMA notifies show management of intent to represent client at show. |
| |
BMA discusses booth properties with client and submits drawing of booth layout to client. |
| |
BMA pulls and examines booth properties & notifies client with recommendations. |
| |
BMA prepays estimated costs for all show services including I & D labor, electrical,
cleaning, shipping, drayage, floral, rental, etc. |

BMA schedules shipment of booth. |
| |
BMA submits invoice to client covering estimated costs of services
plus BMA coordinating fee, air fare and per diem (if BMA supervises setup on site).

Step 2:

Client provides BMA with advance deposit covering estimated services plus coordinating & travel fee. |

BMA arranges receipt of product & literature for shipment with booth. |
| |
BMA ships booth. |
| |
BMA supervises setup and is available for show opening.

Step 3:
|
Client arrives at convenient time to make final changes in booth before show opening, and leaves at close of show. |

BMA dismantles booth and ships to next destination.
